We do business as Habitizr and BotSave, offering AI-powered habit tracking and chatbot automation services. By using any of our services, including those offered on merkdigital.ca, botsave.ai, and habitizr.com (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Services.

  • If you are using Habitizr or BotSave, the Terms of Service specific to those platforms supersede these general Terms of Service where applicable.
  • These Terms remain applicable only to the general use of Merk Digital LTD. services that are not covered by the specific platform Terms.
  • Users should review the Habitizr Terms of Service and BotSave Terms of Service when using those platforms to understand their specific rights and obligations.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to access certain features of the Services.
  • Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

4. Use of Services

  • Users agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Habitizr users consent to receiving SMS reminders and follow-ups.
  • Standard messaging rates may apply.
  • Merk Digital LTD. is not responsible for carrier fees or delivery issues.

  • Merk Digital LTD. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties.
  • Merk Digital LTD. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
